1/2cup Extrafirm Tofu pieces
3nos Eggs
1/4tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp Red chilly powder
1no Onion chopped
3nos Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
Heat a tsp of oil, add the chopped onions n stir them until they turns transculent, add the tofu pieces to the onion n stir them with red chilli powder, curry leaves n salt...n stir them for a while..
Beat the eggs with turmeric powder..add the fried onion n spiced tofus to the egg..heat a tsp of oil n pour a ladle of this egg mixture...fry them well on both sides until they turn brownish...
Serve hot...
