Bread Milk Pudding

Need something easy to prepare n really very delicious dessert for ur family r else for sudden guests..This pudding will take just few minutes to prepare...When i saw this post in Shifa Firoz' s blog...this pudding tempted me a lot n i prepared them sterday for snacks...wat an easy pudding, we loved it much, next time am gonna try with saffron, rose essence etc...I didnt changed the original recipe but i used less quantity of ingredients than the original recipe...

5nos Bread slices (crust removed)
1cup Milk
1packet China grass powder
1cup Condensed milk
few tsp  Butter
1/2tsp Vanilla essence
1tbp Sugar to sprinkle

Boil both milk n condensed milk together, bring them to boil n add the packet of china grass powder..meanwhile just butter the both sides of the bread n sprinkle the sugar on the top of the bread slices..arrange them in cake mould or in a loaf pan..pour the boiled milk over the butter bread slices..let them cool n arrange them fridge for atleast one hour..

Serve chilled!!!! Delicious Bread Pudding!!!!
