This is one of those simple meals that really take no time to put together. The family never seems to complain. You'll see below just how much Robbie enjoyed it! :) I usually make this with penne pasta - tonight I used macaroni noodles - it really doesn't matter. I used whatever ingredients I had on hand. Tonight our "toppings" included pepperoni and mushrooms. The possibilities are many! Why not serve it up with a nice green salad and a slice of toasted garlic bread?

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg penne pasta, cooked and drained
1 jar pizza sauce
pepperoni slices
basil and oregano to taste
mozzarella cheese, shredded
other possible ingredients:
green pepper, thinly sliced
sausage, browned and drained
Canadian bacon
pineapple tidbits
sliced olives
sliced mushrooms
etc..
etc..

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place cooked pasta into a 9x13 casserole dish, sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Spoon pizza sauce over noodles. Top with your choice of ingredients. Cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with basil and oregano. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until cheese become bubbly and toasted.
