Cache : this new restaurant just opened up on Main Street in Venice. Tucked away off the street, it has a lovely outdoor lounge area, perfect before a bite to eat.

Hakobe : Entire tree trunks add to this restaurant's lodge feel, which offers an Asian-Fusion menu.

Bistro LQ: Chef Laurent Quenioux newest endeavor features several tasting menus of complex and beautiful cuisine.

Tin Roof Bistro: This reminds me of a Houston's and Bouchon colliding together in Manhattan beach. A French bistro menu served with American flair (plus, Bochi Ball!).

Shangri-La Hotel: After a huge restoration, this Downtown Santa Monica boutique hotel is now open to the public, serving food on an outdoor patio or in their sleek dining room.

Le Saint Amour : This gorgeous little bistro is right in the heart of Downtown Culver City.
