So I had some apples I needed to use and what better use than apple crisp. My idea of perfect apple crisp is to have as much "crisp" as you have "apple" so here is my slightly altered (I punched up the crisp) version. We loved it and would recommend it warm with vanilla ice cream. EnjoyIngredients:
6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 cubes butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinammon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray Pam cooking spray in a 9 x 13 pan. Fill the bottom of the pan with sliced apples. Mix together remaining ingredients and sprinkle the crumbled mixture over the apples. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
