1 3/4 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Lemon
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 c. Sour cream
1/3 c. Butter [5Tb. butter]
2/3 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Bananas
1/2 C. Frozen Blueberries
Combine smashed bananas, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, juice of half the lemon , and sour cream. Stir in combined dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries last. Bake at 325F. During the first 15 minutes of baking prepare the crumb topping as directed below. Take out of oven and spread crumb topping. Bake for 30 more minutes at 325F.

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
pinch salt
sprinkle of cinnamon
