Announcing Celebrate Sweets - Sweets With Rice

Am honoured to host this wonderful sweet event which was created by Nivedita of Nivedita's Kitchen, few days back she send me a mail asking whether i can host her event and without hesitation i replied her that am very happy to host her event...Immediately my small mind went for searching the theme, finally i decided to choose sweets with rice, which is quite easy as most of us makes easily sweets with rice...U can make many kheers to steamed sweets like modaks with rice..Rice is one of the staple food of South Indians and we make numerous sweets with this wonderful grain 'Rice'..For this event, u can use rice as any form,from puffed rice, poha,brown rice,rice flour or else rice as whole grain watever the final product should be a sweet..Just cook anything as sweet with this grain and send me before 30th of this month..

1)Cook,bake or steam cook anything with rice as sweet dishes from today to 30th april 2011..

2)Post as many dishes as u can in your blog from today onwards..many entries per person are allowed..
