Mandarin Jello Salad

This is so simple, but so fresh and delicious. I always make this for Easter and in the summer!


Mandarin Jello Salad

2 small boxes tapioca cook & serve pudding
1 small box peach jello
3 cups water
1 small can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 small can pineapple tidbits (drained)
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows (or to taste)
1 carton cool whip

In a small saucepan mix pudding and jello with water and cook on medium heat
Cook until mixture dissolves and begins to thicken.
Cool Completely!
Then mix in fruit and marshmallows.
Fold in cool whip and store in refrigerator.
