- 3 cups cooked pasta
- 2 carrots (chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 cucumber (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 cup Italian dressing
Method
- Mix in all the vegetables and pasta. Add pepper and salt. Pour 3/4 cup of Italian dressing and toss everything until well combined.Place in the refrigerator.
- Pour the remaining dressing just before serving the salad and mix well.
- This salad tastes best when served cold.
