Italian Chicken (Crock Pot)

This is my go to for comfort food. It is so uncomplicated but is always a big crowd pleaser!


Italian Chicken
3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast frozen
4 Tbl butter
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
2 (10 3/4oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8oz) cream cheese (I use Philly Light)

Put chicken, frozen in crockpot add butter Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese. Put lid on crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours OR low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally. When chicken is done either shred or leave in big chunks and serve over rice or biscuits.
