Chili
1 lb cooked and crumbled ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
1 can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can petite diced tomato
1 small can diced green chilis
1 tsp cumin powder
1 Tbl chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup water
In a large pot brown and drain ground beef.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
Over low heat cook for at least one hour stirring every 20 minutes.
