It's a recipe that a food friend named Lori McLain posted to this contest...http://www.reciperiot.com/recipes/submission/18 This tasty little loaf is called 'Sweet-n-Salty Topped Oatmeal Bread'. I made it as written except I tripled the brown sugar in the topping! I love the nutty flavor from the oats and the buttery, salty, crunchy topping! I will be making this often!
