I had big plans to make a huge selection of new recipes for Easter this year, but time was not on my side! I'll also be making smoked ham with mashed potatoes and italian green beans, stuffed mushrooms, tossed salad, spaghetti & meatballs and assorted bakery breads! I'll be having 15 guests for dinner! They always appreciate everything I make, so I know they'll enjoy the meal!
