The recipe caught my eye because of the photo! I love to find new ways to make potatoes and this definitely looked like something new! The hardest part is thin slicing the potato without cutting all the way through the potato! But other members who reviewed the recipe shared their secret for making that a breeze to do! All you need to do is place the potato between two wooden spoons! The spoons become your guide so that you don't slice completely through the potato! So easy!!! I served mine with a sprinkle of fresh chopped chives and some sour cream on the side, as you can see in my photo above!
