Basic White Bread Recipe

2 cups lukewarm water (about 100 degrees)
1 1/2 tablespoons Red Star Yeast (2 packets)
1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
6 1/2 cups all purpose flour
cornmeal or parchment paper for the pizza peel








Basic Whole Wheat Recipe

5 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 1/2 tablespoons Red Star Yeast
1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
4 cups lukewarm water
