Pumpkin Crumble Muffins

These are so simple, and so delicious.  I made them planning on having them for breakfast throughout the week.  They were gone in a day!  Oh well, guess I will have to make more.

Pumpkin Crumble Muffins

1 spice cake mix

1 small can pumpkin

Crumble

1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
pinch salt
sprinkle of cinnamon

Mix spice cake mix and pumpkin until combined (batter will be thick).  

Place in greased muffin tins.

In a separate bowl mix softened butter, sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.

Sprinkle on tops of muffin batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
