Tomatillo Dressing

1 buttermilk ranch packet
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tomatillos
1 tsp minced garlic
1 jalapeno, optional
juice of one lime

Blend all ingredients in a blender and chill
