If you don't know yet What Nutella" is, then it's a chocolatty breadspread loaded with hazelnut, an absolutely delicious treat for kids. Except eating this spread with bread, my kids' another regular demand is Nutella Cupcake. This cupcakes are super addictive, but easy to make as well. So I often prepare this at home.

How to Make :
- Preheat oven to 180 degreeC. Prepare your muffin/cupcakes pan with cupcake liners. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients, i.e., flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder. Mix well together and keep aside.
- Now in a wide heavy bottomed bowl, take butter, eggs, oil and mix together until they are blended well. Now add sugar and blend until all sugar granules are creamed together with butter.
- In a seperate bowl, melt dark chocolate, add this to sugar-butter mixture, at the same time add nutella too. Blend until they are well-blended. Now it's time to add the dry ingredients mixture we prepared earlier. Very slowly little at a time, add whole mixture to the butter-sugar-nutella mixture and blend. While blending if you feel, your mixture is getting dry, you can add milk in room temperature and blend until it looks creamy.
- Now pour batter into muffin pans, filling each cup approximately 3/4 of the way. [Do not fill till the rim]. Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
- Lastly, when cupcakes cooled down completely, I spreaded the top with Nutella, just a little bit extra. That's all, but if you wish you can frost your cupcakes, too. My kids love them as it is.
