Rava Rotti/Rava Roti/Sajjige Rotti Recipe

This is the easiest breakfast that we can prepare without any pre-planning like soaking of rice and fermentation of batter. This simple rotti can be consumed along with chutney or sambar or just with pickles. At least once a week I prepare this rava rotti and everyone in my family just love this.Though it is called "Rotti", it is poured and spread like dosa rather patting on plastic or skillet. Recipe is just here.

 Note:
  • Tangy yoghurt is recommended for this dish. If you don't have the one, you can use normal yoghurt.
  • Along with carrot you can add finely chopped greens like Spinach, Dill.
  • Do not forget to add asafoetida that gives nice flavor, aroma to sajjige rotti.
  • Instead of chopped green chillies, you can add green chillies paste.
