Caramel Brownie Cups
24 Rolo candies, wrappers removed
Brownie
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Well grease a mini muffin tin
Melt butter in a microwave save bowl for approx 45-60 seconds
Whisk in cocoa powder until dissolved
Stir in sugar, flour, salt, eggs and vanilla until combined
Fill prepared muffin cups with batter (this is easily done with a small cookie scoop)
Bake for 8-10 minutes
Remove from oven a place one Rolo candy in each brownie
Allow to cool completely
