Roasted Garlic Potatoes

This is an effortless side dish that will pair with almost any main course.


Roasted Garlic Potatoes

1 lb red potatoes or Yukon gold potatoes, quartered
2 Tbl butter, melted
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
Preheat over to 425 degrees
Wash and pat dry potatoes 
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, salt, lemon juice and Parmesan
Add the potatoes and stir to coat
Place potatoes on a cookie sheet lined with foil to make an easy cleanup
Bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes stirring half way through
