When I have a chocolate craving I want something fast! So having this simple recipe is a joy! I didn't think it was possible to make chocolate mousse that fast! But after trying this recipe I was happy to see that it can be done!
This recipe was originally called 60 Second Chocolate Mousse but it really took slightly longer to make! It is so worth the extra 4 minutes!
My younger daughter is a chocoholic like me! She gave this recipe a big thumbs up! Wow...'chocoholic' is actually a word in spell check!
That literally gives new meaning to my obsession!
Here is how I made this Chocolate Mousse...

Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until small bubbles appear at edge. Do not boil. With processor or blender running pour in hot cream. Blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
