Indoor S'mores

It's the perfect time of year to sit outside and watch the sun go down while roasting a marshmallow on an open fire.  Well, lets face it.  Sometimes I am way to busy for that in the summer and it doesn't happen as often as I would like.  So this is my simple go to treat instead!

Indoor S'mores

8 cups golden grahams
6 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup light corn syrup
5 Tbl butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
Grease a 9x13 pan
Heat 5 cups of marshmallows, chocolate chips, corn syrup and butter
Stir occasionally until melted
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla
Stir in cereal and toss until evenly coated
Stir in remaining cup of marshmallows
Press mixture in pan and let cool
