Mango-Litchi/Lychee Slush

blogger templates
Nowadays, blogosphere is flushing with summer cooler ideas and I'm loving it. Everyday I'm trying new new summer cooler recipes and surprising my kids. Few days back Radhika or Tickling Palates posted this Cantaloupe Slush recipe, which I've never tasted before, but loved the idea and specially her droolworthy pictures, which makes me try her recipes. I tried next day with whatever fruit I had handy that day, as I couldn't wait to try her slush.
I have prepared this slush with Mango and Litchies and no doubt it was yummy, healthy and absolutely thrist quencher for summer. It can be an absolute yumm summer after-meal dessert, too. I have added litchies with mango as my kids don't like litchies much. So I hid them in here and they slurpped the thing in couple of minutes.

You Need : (2 servings)
Mango(ripe) : 1 or 2, chopped
Litchi flesh : 8-10 pieces
Sugar, if needed
Crushed ice : 1 cup

How To :
  • Assemble all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything just blended.
  • Pour in a container and freeze for 30 minutes, just to set a little.
  • Fluff a little and serve immediately in serving glasses or bowls.
  • Serve chilled.

Note : You can use any soft fleshed fruit, in single or in combo of your choice.
