Cordon Bleu Pasta
Adapted from {Chef In Training}
12 oz penne pasta
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 (8oz) block cream cheese
8 oz swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
6-8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1 cup ham, cubed
3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
2 Tbl butter, melted
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
In a small pot, heat heavy cream and cream cheese over medium low heat
Whisk together until cheese is melted
Stir in garlic salt and onion powder
Add shredded swiss
Again, whisk together until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth
In a 9x13 pan place noodles, chicken, ham and bacon
Pour sauce over top and lightly stir
In a small bowl or ziploc bag mix bread crumbs with butter
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes until heated through and top is light brown
