2cups Lentils cooked water
10nos Shallots chopped
1 1/2tsp Rasam powder
1tsp Lemon juice
1tsp Mustard seeds, cumin seeds
1/2tsp Asafoetida powder
2nos Dry red chillies
3nos Curry leaves
2tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
Salt
Oil
Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds , dry red chillies, curry leaves,asafoetida powder n let them crack...add the chopped shallots n stir them until they turns transculent..mix rasam powder with enough salt to the cooked lentils water..add this spiced lentils water to the already cooked shallots, bring them to boil, put off the stove...add the lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves...
