3 nos Boiled eggs
2nos Potatoes
3nos Spring onions r shallots
1tsp Green chillies pieces(chopped)
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/4tsp Fennel seed powder
2tbsp Corn flour
2tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2cup Bread crumbs
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying
Pressure cook the potatoes, meanwhile chop finely the spring onions r shallots..peel off the potatoes, smash them nicely in a bowl, add the spring onions,green chilli pieces, garammasala powder, fennel seed powder, salt, corn flour n finely chopped coriander leaves..
Cut the boiled eggs into 2 pieces..make a outer cover with potatoes mix n roll them on the bread crumbs..while rolling shape them as rolls..keep these egg stuffed rolls in fridge for one hour..heat the oil n fry them as deep frying..
