1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 Andouiile sausages, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced thickly
1 medium green pepper, sliced thickly
1 cup celery
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1 14 oz can crushed tomatoes
3 oz tomato paste2 tablespoons soy sauce2 tablespoons bottle chili sauce1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/2 teaspoon thyme1/2 teaspoon cumin1 lb cooked linguine8 oz cooked shrimp


Add oil to a large skillet over low hear Cook sausage stirring occasionally until done. About 12 minutes. Add onion, bell peppers, celery and garlic. Cook for 8 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients.  Stir well to blend. Bring to a boil Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in linguine and shrimp.
